The National Convener of the Rivers Women Unite For Sim, Chief Sontonye Toby Fulton, AKA THE TRIPLE CHIEF, have commended and thanked God for the just concluded Local Government Election in Rivers State, held on the 5th day of October 2024, as she said that it is evidence that truly, God is in charge of Rivers State through our God-fearing governor, Sir Sim Fubara.
Chief Sontonye Toby Fulton, said that as people of Rivers State, we deemed it necessary to seek the face of God to direct the affairs of the state and take full control of all actions of the Executive Governor of Rivers State. All these we did through fastings, prayers, and supplications onto God, and the testimony of it is the peaceful disposition of Rivers people before, during, and after the just concluded Local Government Election that was conducted without any bloodshed without the presence of the police.

When the chips were down that it seemed impossible to conduct the local government election because of the forces of darkness, God manifested and spoke through the governor, Sir Sim Fubara, and all the evil wind that blows no one good, winded up, and today, Rivers people are celebrating the peaceful outcome of the election that was threatened never to hold by those who think they owned power and control everything.
The National Convener of the group also thanked God that history has been made in Rivers State as local government election has come to a reality, and the fact that it is obvious that those who believed and trusted in the Almighty God, fears no evil plan.
The National Convener, who was also in high spirit, urged all the women and youths not to relent in praying for our dear governor and the entire state.
